Support and Contact

Contact Waverly for account help, safety reports, privacy requests, and appeals.

Updated Version 2026-10-17-v1

Contact Wavrly Social LLC, the company that operates Waverly, for account help, safety reports, privacy questions, and other concerns. You do not need to sign in to read this page or use the public contact routes.

Our contact email is waverlysocialapp@gmail.com. Use the form below when it is enabled. If the form reports that it is unavailable or could not submit your request, use email; an error message is not confirmation that a request was received.

Choose the right request

  • Account or technical help: sign-in trouble, a suspected compromised account, an error, or a feature that is not working. Include your username, the app version and device type if relevant, and what happened. Redact private information from descriptions. Do not send your password or a sign-in code.
  • Safety or abuse: harmful content, threats, scams, harassment, underage accounts, or other suspected rule violations. Include the content link or identifier, the account involved, and a short explanation. You may report a concern without an account. An email is useful if you want a reply, but anonymous safety reporting is available where the form allows it.
  • Child safety: suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or a child in danger. See Child Safety Standards. Never attach or resend suspected abuse imagery. Use the safety category and identify the content by link or identifier.
  • Privacy or data: access, correction, deletion of particular information, or a question about the Privacy Policy. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or changing private information.
  • Account deletion: use Account and Data Deletion for the permanent-deletion process. Uninstalling the app is not account deletion. An accepted deletion request cannot be cancelled and has a 30-day retention period before the purge begins.
  • Moderation appeal: identify the account or decision, include any reference you received, and explain what you believe was mistaken. Do not create another account to bypass enforcement while awaiting review.
  • Copyright or intellectual property: identify your work or right, the Waverly material and its location, your authority to act, and a contact method. See the copyright guidance below.
  • Intimate-image abuse: use the intimate-image category for nonconsensual intimate imagery, including synthetic or altered depictions, and identify the location of the material without attaching it. You or an authorized representative can request review and removal.

What to include and what to leave out

Provide enough information to find the account, content, or issue. A username, content identifier, date, brief description, and reply address are usually a useful starting point. Include an existing request reference when following up. Sending repeated duplicate requests can make it harder to track the issue.

Never send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, full payment-card numbers, or suspected child sexual abuse material. This form does not accept file uploads. Do not paste intimate images or unnecessary sensitive information into a message. If additional information is needed, we will explain a suitable next step.

Support messages are processed to respond to the request and protect the service as described in our Privacy Policy. They are not public posts. We cannot guarantee anonymity if a report itself identifies you or legal disclosure is required, and we cannot always share another person's information or details of an investigation.

Intimate-image removal requests

Waverly prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, and threats to distribute such content. Use the intimate-image request category or email with Intimate-image removal in the subject. State that you are the depicted person or are authorized to act for them, identify the material by its Waverly link or identifier, explain that its publication was without consent, and provide a way to contact you. An electronic signature, such as your typed name, helps identify the requester. Do not attach or redistribute the imagery.

We review requests under our policies and applicable law. A valid removal request covered by the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act is subject to the law's removal deadline of 48 hours after receipt, including reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies as the law requires. Requests outside that law's scope can still violate Waverly's rules and will be reviewed. If a request lacks necessary information, we may ask for clarification. This does not replace contacting emergency services when someone is in danger.

A copyright complaint should identify the protected work, the specific allegedly infringing content and its location, your contact information, and your authority to act. Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law; a statement under penalty of perjury that your information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Use the copyright category or email with Copyright notice in the subject. We may need to contact you or the affected user to evaluate a request. Do not file knowingly false notices. If your content was removed by mistake, use the appeal route and identify the original notice so we can explain the appropriate response process. We do not guarantee restoration or removal merely because a complaint is submitted.

Urgent concerns and response expectations

If someone is in immediate danger in the United States, contact 911 or appropriate local emergency services. Waverly support is not an emergency service. Our inbox and forms are not advertised as monitored 24 hours a day.

You can report suspected online child sexual exploitation directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline as well as reporting it to us. Do not copy illegal material into an email. A report to Waverly does not replace an emergency report.

We review requests according to their type, urgency, and the information available. We do not publish a general guaranteed response time. Any deadline imposed by applicable law still applies. We may need ownership verification, additional detail, or time to investigate. We will not ask you to pay a recovery agent or provide a password to receive ordinary support.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid memberships are planned; this page does not mean checkout is active. If you purchased through an app store, that store manages the payment and its own subscription controls. Account deletion and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. Use Apple subscription support or Google Play subscription support, and contact us if your Waverly entitlement appears wrong. Do not send full card information.
